Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, a division of Nikki Beach Worldwide, will open a beachfront boutique hotel in Bodrum, Turkey in 2014.

The luxury lifestyle hotel, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Bodrum, has been designed by New York and Istanbul-based architecture company GAD.

Spanning more than 40,000 sq m, the property's 57 suites and villas with private pools and decks overlook Torba Bay, Mediterranean Sea and nearby islands.

“Nikki Beach offers a unique experience combining five-star service, luxury accommodations, design and ambiance with signature entertainment in an international, jet-set resort environment,” said Nikki Beach Worldwide founder and owner Jack Penrod.

Other features of the hotel include a large infinity edge pool with unobstructed views of the bay; Café Nikki and The Sunset Lounge. The Nikki Spa by ESPA and Tone Fitness gym covert more than 1000 sq m.

The property will also include 350 sq m of indoor and outdoor conference space featuring a terrace and magnificent views of the sea.

Guests will have access to two of the sandy beaches and an to a deck that provides dinghy service to accommodate yachters.
