More than 385 exhibitors and 14,000 buyers and trade professionals are expected at this year’s edition of HORECA 2013, held in Biel, Lebanon from April 9-12.

The show, which achieved 90% of bookings three months ago, will showcase 15,000m² of hospitality and F&B products and services.
In this 20th anniversary show, organisers promise to “redouble” efforts to adapt to the current economic situation and to promote Beirut as ‘the capital of taste’.

A range of competitions and demonstrations include The Hospitality Salon Culinaire, The Junior Chefs Competition, The Lebanese Bartenders Competition, The Atelier Gourmand, The Art of Science and the Annual Hospitality Forum featuring conferences and workshops.

The show itself is spread across three exhibition halls comprising the following sections: Catering Equipment, Packaging and Labeling, Interiors, Hygiene, Techzone, Pastry and Bakery, Food, Beverage, Coffee and Tea, Consultancy, Recruitment and Franchise, Education and the International Pavilions.
