A group of top UAE hotel professionals and general managers has been appointed to the advisory panel for the fourth annual Hotelier Middle East Great GM Debate, set to be held in September in Dubai.
The panel comprises Bani Haddad, regional vice president – Middle East & Africa, Wyndham Hotel Group; Luigi Romaniello, managing director, Rosewood Abu Dhabi; Thomas Tapken, area vice president – Dubai & Northern Emirates, Rotana Hotel Management Corporation; Rupprecht Queitsch, general manager, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai and Stephan Schupbach, general manager, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
The group will gather at Voi restaurant at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on June 17 to help shape the agenda for the Great GM Debate, which will bring together more than 150 general managers to discuss industry issues and share best practice.

Topics to be discussed at the advisory panel lunch include: predictions for the key shifts the industry will face in 2014; evolving consumer behaviours and their impact on hoteliers; and how to mitigate challenges for growth over the next 12 months.
