Kempinski says the agreement with Nor1's for its eStandby Upgrade software will give millions of its customers upgrades to enhance their stay, which includes deals on suites, spa treatments, and other hotel services.

Roll out of the eStandby 'upselling' software will begin immediately at various Kempinski properties including its Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi in the Middle East along with the Stafford London by Kempinski, the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains in St. Moritz and Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin.
