Ashraf Ramez is the new front of house manager for Novotel & Adagio’s soon-to-open Al Bustan hotel in Abu Dhabi.
An Egyptian national, Ramez has 13 years of experience working in a hospitality industry with various positions held mainly in the Front Office Department.
After the completion of his studies at Ain Shams University in Cairo where he took Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, Ramez began his career as a front office shift leader at Rotana Hotels.

After three years, he joined Conrad Hotels in Egypt as front office supervisor. By 2004 he had travelled to Dubai, joining Dubai World Trade Center Hospitality Division as duty manager in-charge of guest service operations.
In 2009, Ramez was appointed as front office manager in Novotel & Ibis World Trade Center where he remained for four years before joining the pre-opening team of Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan as front office manager.
The property is slated to open August 2013, marking Accor’s first Adagio property in the region.
