Borja Molina has been appointed as food & beverage manager at Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan, slated to open August 2013.
Molina began his career in San Sebastian, Spain on a Bachelor Traineeship in Barcelo Costa Vasca where he stayed for two years.
In addition to working in the F&B department, he was also given the opportunity to work and handle other departments such as Reservations and Front Office.

Simultaneously, he took a three-year course and successfully received a Bachelor Degree in Tourism Sciences. In 2009, he moved to Les Roches Swtizerland and joined a kitchen and F&B traineeship for one year whilst taking a Masters Degree in Hotel Management.
Upon completion, Molina travelled to China, first joining the Crowne Plaza as a management trainee before being promoted to assistant F&B manager, where he was involved in the rebranding of the new “Radisson Blu Plaza Tianjin”.
After two years, he moved to the Middle East as an assistant F&B manager at Iberotel Miramar Fujairah.
In his new role as F&B manager at Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan, Molina is keen to build up the hotel’s reputation within the region of the six F&B outlet and banquet facilities.
