The Meet Aerobics guides will be placed throughout the meeting and conference rooms of participating hotels.

Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts Asia, Middle East and Africa director brand management, Theresa Sidhu commented: “At Crowne Plaza we know staying healthy and energised when travelling for work is essential to our guests’ business success and our aim is to provide our guests with all the tools that they need to achieve their business goals. We already offer our guests the facilities and service they need to get ahead but over the coming weeks Business Energiser will be providing guests with an added level of support to take them to hero status at work.”

Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi general manager Ivor E Prestwood added: “With temperatures and humidity levels soaring, summer in the Middle East is a difficult time of year for business travellers and, as the last week of Ramadan approaches, energy levels can fall particularly low. The Business Energiser programme provides our guests with helpful tips and gentle exercises that can be done throughout the working day to stay focused. From August 13, our Morning Warrior classes will help guests launch into their post-Ramadan routines feeling energised and invigorated.”
