Dubai property giant Emaar is to launch sales of units at its upcoming The Address Fountain Views hotel in the emirate’s Downtown district.
Serviced apartments at The Address Residence Fountain Views III will go on sale simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Jeddah on September 21, with online registrations opening on September 18.
Located opposite the developer’s flagship Dubai Mall, the project will offer one, two and three-bedroom serviced residences. Apartments will also offer buyers views of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.

Potential customers can register their interest on September 18 at www.emaar.com from 09:00 GMT. Sales will take place on September 21 at the Emaar Sales Centres in Downtown Dubai and Abu Dhabi from 13:00, while London sales will be held at the InterContinental Park Lane from 10:00 GMT. Properties can be viewed in Jeddah from 12:00 at Jeddah Gates Sales Centre.
