The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has announced two new KSA properties with the unveiling of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salamah, due in Q2 2015, and the Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh hotel, which will open in Q1 2016.
The Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh will comprise 170 guest rooms, an all day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, fitness centre and meetings and events facilities.
The Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Jeddah Al Salamah will be located nine kilometres away from the city’s expanding King Abdulaziz International airport. The upscale property will include 142 rooms and serviced apartments, an all day dining restaurant and lobby lounge, meetings and events facilities and an outdoor pool.

Commenting on the two properties, Carlson Rezidor president and CEO Wolfgang M Neumann said: “Saudi Arabia is a key focus country for our group. We already operate six hotels with over 1,200 rooms in the Kingdom and have further nine hotels with 1,700 rooms under development – we see a considerable potential for further projects in the country which shows positive economic growth.”
