Al Bustan Centre and Residence in Dubai has announced it is undergoing an extensive AED 15million (US $4 million) renovation of its 640 guest rooms.
A total of 296 studios and 136 one-bedroom apartments will undergo complete make-over while the 208 two-bedroom apartments have been completely refurbished.
The room upgrades will include modern guest amenities such as 39-inch flat screen LED TV and high speed Wi-Fi internet access in all the rooms and public areas.

The renovated rooms will also feature new carpets and furniture, in addition to more comfortable linen and upgraded facilities in the kitchenette.
Al Bustan Centre & Residence Chief Operating Officer Moussa El Hayek said: “We are very pleased to announce this major renovation of all our 640-rooms. Business guests and vacationing tourists will be delighted to stay in our beautifully renovated guest rooms, all featuring contemporary design with modern amenities needed to make their stay in Dubai truly memorable.”
