The first Hyatt Place property in the GCC will debut in Dubai in Q2 of 2014.
Hyatt Place Dubai will feature 210 rooms, and will be located in Dubai’s Deira neighbourhood, offering access to business centres, tourist attractions, and the city’s local heritage areas.
Hotel facilities will include a private pool, meeting rooms, a 24-hour Stay Fit fitness centre, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. In-room facilities will include signature Hyatt touches such as the Cozy Corner and the Hyatt Grand Bed.

F&B offerings at the select service hotel will include complimentary breakfast, the 24/7 Gallery Market, and an onsite bar.
Hyatt Place, a brand of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, has more than 180 locations in the United States, Armenia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, India, Mexico and the Netherlands.
A second Hyatt Place property in the UAE is due to open on Abu Dhabi’s Reem Island.
