What are the key topics you would like to see discussed at this year’s event?
Front office is so much more advanced nowadays with the use of iPads for check-in and on-line concierge. Housekeeping must follow in their footsteps and use smart technology to become more efficient. As well as the role housekeeping plays in exceeding customer expectations.

What trends in housekeeping do you think will dominate?
I think the use of more technology in order to become more efficient and to serve the customer better. Green cleaning as well as monitoring Hygiene in guest areas are also big issues.

What learnings do you hope delegates will take away from the forum?
I hope delegates take away ideas and solutions for their day-to-day problems in the housekeeping department.

Why is it important for housekeeping professionals to meet and discuss housekeeping issues?
It is important to break the ice and to get to know each other. We all have the some problems and issues, sometimes somebody has a great solution, and so it is good to share these practices and experiences.
