1. Why is it important for Restonic to support the Hotelier Executive Housekeeper Summit?
The Housekeeper Forum is an exciting event at which to position our brand, and meet housekeeping professionals from leading Hotels of UAE.
Additionally, the forum will give us an opportunity to share new product offering in line with latest trends in the market to deliver ultimate guest sleep experience.
2. What are the main topics you think will come up at the forum with regards to operations?
As the attendees represent the decision makers of housekeeping operations, it would be interesting to hear from them about the new technologies implemented by hotels to raise their room standards.
I would also be interested in finding out more about the challenges faced by strict adherence to corporate brands, and what a housekeeper’s role is in product selection procedures.

3. What are the latest launches from you?
Restonic has recently launched Signature Mattress under Comfort Care Collection.
Our latest initiative is to emphasise eco-friendly products and as a social responsibility programme towards green hotels, we have incorporated green latex and the Outlast technology in our mattresses, which reduces overheating and provides thermal compatibility for a better sleep experience.
4. What news can we expect from your company in 2014?
The company is also rapidly expanding in GCC region with new stores opening in Riyadh, Jeddah, Damman, Doha and Abu Dhabi.
With growing demand in the hospitality industry and export market, Restonic has grown its strength with commissioning of the latest machinery to meet the highest levels of quality and customer service.
In addition to this, Restonic has continued its association with IHG Hotels and supplied the recent refurbishment of Crowne Plaza Dubai and Bahrain, as well as the new Holiday Inn Seeb, Muscat.
