External construction work has been completed on United Tower in Bahrain Bay, a 50-floor mixed use development that will house the Wyndham Grand Collection Manama. It is scheduled to open later this year.
With the last piece of its façade panel now in place, work will resume on extensive internal fit outs, followed by landscaping works around the building.
The five-star Wyndham Grand Collection Manama, which will have more than 260 spacious guest rooms ranging from 46 to 120 square metres, will take up 14 floors of the structure, which will also house modern corporate office space. It will be Wyndham Hotel Group's first property in Bahrain.
Designed as a twirling structure, the United Tower is set in a strategic waterfront location within Bahrain Bay. The tower rises from an octagonal floor plate, twisting counter clockwise, and has uninterrupted 360 degree views of the bay and the Corniche.
