“With a location such as the Marjan Island and within 45 minutes from Dubai, and few minutes from the airport, our resort is located in the midst of the idyllic Island,” said Marjan Island Resort and Spa general manager Roger Tannous.

“This is where the natural elements of sea meet the warm desert sands, flanked by the picturesque silhouette of the Hajar Mountains towering over the unique and scenic state”.

Its La'mar Spa has separate sections for ladies and gentlemen, while F&B options currently include Moroccan restaurant Casa Maghrib and Amouage, a shisha and tea terrace. In the coming months, it will add Lebanese restaurant Zeitouna House.

The resort’s infinity pool overlooks the Arabian sea and is situated next to Aysya, a panoramic Pan Asian signature restaurant, and Pirates Club, a youngsters’ theme entertainment and game centre with family-friendly pizza and panini concept Al Forno.

The property has two beachfronts, a 1km corniche boardwalk and a 100 metre sandy beach.
