Jumeirah Group has appointed Maha Ali Maisari, a UAE national, as vice president, corporate strategy.
Born in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, she has previously worked with Jumeirah’s parent company, Dubai Holding, as director of strategy development and deployment.
In her new role, she will be responsible for deploying and overseeing Jumeirah Group’s long-term strategy implementation and will work to continuously to refresh Jumeirah’s corporate strategy.
Ali Maisari’s previous roles included senior positions in the healthcare industry and she was part of the founding team at a University Hospital that led the development and implementation of the hospital’s infrastructure strategies.

At Dubai Holding, as one of the founding team members who established the Strategy Department, she was responsible for managing the hospitality portfolio and developing its long term strategy.
A Master of Science in International Health Management and Microbiology & Immunology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Ali Maisari has over ten years’ experience working for a strategic investment company, biomedical sciences research and in healthcare management.
Over the past six years her primary focus has been in corporate strategy development and change management.
