Four candidates have completed their five-weeks of training as part of the latest Saudi Development Centre programme by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts at Mövenpick Hotel Al Khobar.

The programme is tailored to Saudi employees and aims to equip participants with additional expertise and insight into the dynamic hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia.

Candidates focused on front office systems and procedures during the five weeks of training and also receive cross-exposure at some of the nine Mövenpick properties in the country.

Among the key components of the programme were guest service standards, applications of key operating techniques, hospitality requirements and technical practice on front office systems.

Candidates also received extensive training on the types of guestrooms, facilities and back office areas to better understand the hotel’s daily operation.

Four front office assistants from Mövenpick Hotel Riyadh, Mövenpick Resort Al Nawras and Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Yanbu attended the recent edition.
