“Key to any hotel’s success in the region is the ability to train and retain the right staff, and bringing in a professional of the stature of Liz Regan to head up our HR and training department is indicative of the commitment we at HMH place on staff development and service in our operations,” he said.

“In our industry, quality control of employee attitude and performance is pretty much the equivalent of product quality control for a manufacturer. It is critical for our long-term success to instill the right values in our people through learning and development that in turn will help to bolster performance ensuring the very best for our guests.

“Whether staying at our flagship The Ajman Palace Hotel & Resort or at one of the Coral Hotels & Resorts, Corp Hotels, or EWA Hotel Apartments, guests can be assured they will be welcomed with a friendly face and served with a human touch, provided by staff trained to the very highest level.”
