Hospitality Management Holdings has appointed Chris Bradley as head of sales at the group.

A Canadian national with 16 years’ experience in the hospitality and consultancy sectors, Bradley was previously part of the GSA team for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at Hertz.

In his new role, Bradley will be responsible for the sales efforts at HMH’s 20 properties with a focus on bottom line performance.

He started his hospitality career in Canada with Fairmont and InterContinental, before moving to the UAE in 2007 with IHG’s global sales team.

Commenting on his appointment, Bradley said: “I am delighted to join a hotel group as pro-active as HMH. I look forward to implementing new sales initiatives and developing partnerships to maintain and grow HMH’s reputation as a major player within the region’s hotel industry.”

HMH director of business development Cristina Polo added: “We are glad to welcome Chris at HMH. We are confident the group will benefit enormously from the extensive sales experience gained by Chris, both in North America and in the Arabian Gulf. Developing new business and extending the reputation of HMH hotels among corporate and business clients is one of our key priorities today as we expand through the region.

"Equally important is maximising yield in line with budget objectives and Chris will be instrumental in doing so.”

Chris Bradley graduated from George Brown College’s hotel management programme in Toronto.
