Novotel Dubai Al Barsha has appointed Souffian Zaeraoui as the new hotel director.
Zaeraoui joined the Accor Group in 2007 as food and beverages service manager at Novotel Cardiff Centre. He then joined Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel’s rooms department.
Prior to joining Novotel Dubai Al Barsha, Zaeraoui was operations manager at Pullman Gurgaon Central Park in India, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of operations across the entire property with focus on increasing revenues, optimizing profits, developing the teams, enhancing brand standards, and exceeding guest expectations.
Commenting on his new position, Zaeraoui said: “I am excited and looking forward to working with Accor group in the Middle East, it is great to have the opportunity to bring my experience, enthusiasm and new ideas to a brand new role. I can’t wait to execute my ideas and deliver positive results.”
Cluster general manager Philippe Montaubin added: “Souffian brings with him many years of hospitality, food and beverage experience; I am looking forward to seeing him flourish in his new role.”
