Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa has become the first approved training centre for the Highfield Awarding Body of Compliance UK (HABC) in Jordan.
The certification comes shortly after the hotel was named the first IHG hotel in Jordan and the first hotel in the Dead Sea area to be certified with the ISO 22000:2005 label for food safety.
With the new certification, the hotel is officially registered to provide HABC training programmes for Level 1 Award in Food Safety for catering, HABC Level 2 Award in food safety in catering (QCF), HABC Level 3 Award in supervising food safety in catering (QCF), HABC Level 4 Award in hygiene for management in catering (QCF), Level 2 Award in HACCP for catering (foundation), Level 3 Award in intermediate HACCP for catering, and Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills.
