Dubai-based Damac Properties has opened its third serviced hotel apartments in the Burj Downtown area – Damac Maison Cour Jardin.

Managed by the group’s hospitality arm, Damac Maison, the property features 355 guest rooms and one- two- and three-bedroom suites.

All units come fully-equipped kitchens, modern appliances, and complimentary wi-fi.

Dining options include Segafredo Italian Café, which is set-up for morning breakfast, lunches, or casual meetings.

Damac Maison Cour Jardin’s Chrysalis Spa offers body and skin treatments. It is the second Chrysalis-branded spa in Dubai, after the one launched at Damac Maison Dubai Mall Street.

Damac Properties senior vice president Niall McLoughlin said: “Damac Properties is extending our hospitality offering in terms of quantity and quality for the visitors of Dubai. Damac Maison Cour Jardin, as with all Damac Maison projects, will offer various first-class options to clients searching for the best experience in town, be it for leisure or business.”

He added: “The opening of Damac Maison Cour Jardin couldn’t have been timed better, especially during this very busy period that includes the festive season and the upcoming Dubai Shopping Festival that will generate a substantial increase in the number of visitors coming to Dubai.”
Damac Properties’ hospitality portfolio is expected to comprise almost 10,000 units in the next three years, including hotel rooms, serviced hotel apartments, and serviced villas.
