The 328-key InterContinental Dubai Marina, which was originally meant to open in 2014, will now welcome guests from May 2015.
The hotel will feature nine F&B venues, including Ginter – a gin bar with one of Dubai’s largest gin collections; Accents restaurant and deli; Ynot – the hotel’s waterfront wine bar; Bay C. Lounge – offering a selection of drinks and snacks by the pool; Urban Shisha Lounge; The Gallery Lobby Lounge.
The F&B offering will also include Marina Social and The Social Room – Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton’s first restaurant and bar in the Middle East.
InterContinental Dubai Marina director of food & beverage James Worthington added: “We wanted to capture and enhance Dubai Marina’s dynamic atmosphere.”
Located in the centre of Dubai Marina, the hotel is part of the Bay Central development, and in close proximity to the Dubai tram and metro, and is walking distance from Jumeirah Beach and The Walk on JBR.
