Rixos The Palm has launched the UAE’s first Seabreacher experience, an enhanced jet ski activity, which takes the user under the surface of the water.
The two-seater, fully-submersible watercraft is modelled in the shape of a shark and can skim the surface of the sea at nearly 100kph and can also dive beneath the surface.
Alexander Schneider, general manager of Rixos the Palm commented: “We are really excited to be the first resort on the Palm Jumeirah to give visitors the chance to enjoy these exhilarating water activities – especially something as unique as the Seabreacher.
“It allows us to further add to their experience when visiting Rixos The Palm and helps to reinforce just how special our beach club is.”

Hani Dahlan, managing director of Water Adventure Dubai, which has partnered with Rixos on the Seabreacher experience commented: “With its location at the end of Palm Jumeirah, next to the open ocean, Rixos The Palm offers the best beach experience on the island with its fresh flow of sea water and pristine sand.

The resort has also launched a new range of beach packages.
These are:
- The Surfer, which includes access to a private cabana, a bucket of beverages, a burger in the cabana and one hour use of the resorts paddle boards.
- The Pro-Surfer package provides the same benefits as The Surfer but with a Seabreacher experience included.
- The Cure package includes a house beverage on arrival, plus access to a private cabana, a 30 minute in-cabana massage and a poolside lunch of pizza or a burger.
