Hyatt will bring its Hyatt Place and Hyatt House brands to Jeddah, on Medina Road and Sari Street respectively, in an agreement with Abdulelah Mohammed Ali Maghrabi Commercial Est.
The properties will join the resort Park Hyatt Jeddah Marina, Club and Spa, bringing the Hyatt’s total properties in the Saudi city up to three.
The hotels will be within one mile of each other and both will be designed by Samuel Creations, a Dubai-based architecture and interior design firm.

Hyatt Place Jeddah/Medina Road
Expected to open in August 2015, the hotel will offer 182 guestrooms, several F&B options, including complimentary hot breakfast for guests, a 24/7 meal service, and a full service restaurant. The hotel will also offer more than 2,400 square feet (225 square meters) of meeting and event space.
Hyatt House Jeddah/Sari Street
Due to open in Q4 of 2016, Hyatt House Jeddah/Sari Street will have 104 residence rooms, studio and one-bedroom kitchen suites, as we;; as 1,000 square feet (100 square meters) of meeting space. The hotel will also offer a restaurant, prayer room and fitness centre.
Hyatt House Jeddah/Sari Street will be the first Hyatt House hotel to open in the GCC.
Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square is also expected to open in August 2015.
