Designed by Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei, the two-tower project will be launched on Saturday in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London.
The project, named Forte, is a 70 and 50 storey residential development with 1 to 4 bedroom apartments and will be located in the upcoming Opera District of Dubai.
Residential amenities within the development include a swimming pool, children's pool, gym, multiple sun terraces and a children's nursery.
The six level podium features a range of retail and dining options as well as the Museum of Modern Art.
Located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, the Forte apartments will overlook the Dubai Opera, a 2,000- seat, multi-format, performing arts centre which will be the centrepiece of The Opera District and host to myriad opera, ballet, theatre, concerts, exhibitions and sport events.
