Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi has appointed Ricky Rimenda Agustiana as the executive sous chef.
Agustiana brings more than 17 years of culinary experience to his new role. Prior to the appointment, he was at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi’s Pearls and Caviar.
He has previously worked at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, and has gained international exposure during his time in Singapore and New York.
Commenting on his appointment, Agustiana said: “I am excited and proud to be promoted to executive sous chef for the Traders Complex in Abu Dhabi. I have worked with Shangri-La for the past year and it is an excellent company to be part of. I look forward to working on new projects and making this year a culinary success.”
