Starwood Hotels & Resorts is recruiting a new director of food & beverage to be based in Dubai and oversee the Europe, Africa & Middle East (EAME) region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of Starwood’s F&B strategy for EAME, and the performance of F&B in the EAME division.
This position is responsible for all management functions, departmental budgets, administration and staffing for these departments.
Essential functions of the role include:
- Food & beverage vision, market analysis, trends and innovation
- Food & beverage operations support
- Food & beverage brand, guest experience and operational F&B programmes
- Creation and development of new restaurant, bar and retail concepts
- Talent Development
Desired Skills and Experience include a college degree in hotel management or business management with a focus on F&B; three to five years’ experience as a GM, and previous experience as an F&B leader.
