UAE-based Rotana has signed a new five-star hotel and serviced apartment project in Dubai.
The property, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, will be Rotana’s 16th property in Dubai and its 35th in the UAE.
The 598-key complex will add to the group’s 3988 room-strong inventory in Dubai.
The agreement was signed by Rotana chairman Nasser Al Nowais and Bin Yousef Group chairman H.E. Mohamed Khalifa Bin Yousef Al Suwaidi.

Commenting on the new project, Nasser Al Nowais said: “We are very proud to have been chosen to manage this new jewel in Dubai, which will no doubt be a leading property not only in Dubai but in the UAE.
