Both Novotel and Ibis Fujairah became the first hotels in the emirate to garner ISO certification in Quality Management and Evironmental management, fulfilling the certification requirements in all areas.
The international standards of ISO certification measure and ensure the safety and reliability of products and services.
ISO 14001 shows the hotels’ commitment to environmental responsibilities while ISO 9001 is proof of a company’s quality standards.
General Manager Karim Zaki said : ‘’We are very proud to be certified, thanks to the commitment of our team. We hope it will encourage other hotels in Fujairah to follow our lead and result in higher occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.’’
Novotel and Ibis Fujairah opened in 2014, together with sister hotel Aparthotel Adagio Fujairah, they are first Accor brand hotels in the emirate of Fujairah.
