Hospitality industry consultants International Hospitality Consulting Group (INHOCO) has welcomed Raki Phillips, and Dr. Khalid Al Yayha as senior VPs and senior partners.

The new joiners are part of the group’s goal to cover all spaces within the hospitality industry, including consulting and financial advice.

Phillips joins INHOCO Group having had a successful fifteen year hotel career most recently spending eight years at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, with a latest role as Regional Director, Middle East, Africa and India.

He has over 15 years of experience in global hospitality sales, marketing, revenue management and hotel development and has been listed in the Top 20 Most Powerful Arab Hoteliers.

Philips received a BSBA Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida & Masters of Organizational Management (Honors) from the University of Phoenix.

His international hospitality activities included the opening and launch of some of the world’s most well-known projects, including Universal Studios Islands of Adventure Theme Park, Universal City Walk Nightlife Venue, Hard Rock Hotel Orlando, Ritz-Carlton Sharq Village & Spa Doha, Fairmont the Palm Dubai, as well as more than 20 various F&B outlets.

Yayha joins INHOCO Group after a widely diverse, interdisciplinary career in the fields of strategic consulting and academia.

He has more than 20 years of global and regional experience in strategy, governance, economic development, human capital, and competitiveness. He served in senior positions in government, academia, and global consulting firms including Managing Director of Accenture Strategy.

Internationally, he served as a senior advisor to the World Bank, UNDP, OECD, Sida, Shell, Citi Foundation, Visa International.

Yayha completed his postdoctoral study at Harvard University, a Ph.D. from University of Connecticut and MBA and MPA degrees from the USA, and has more than 50 publications in books and professional journals.
