UAE-based hotel group One to One Hotels & Resorts signed a management agreement with Othman Al Amoudi's Golden Falcon company that will see them operate a hotel in the Jeddah market.
Located in the heart of Jeddah the hotel will be part of One to One’s boutique brand with 70 rooms, F&B outlets, and recreational facilities

Philippe Harb, chief operating officer, One to One Hotels & Resorts, commented “With its exciting design, distinctive living spaces and extensive range of business and local facilities, One to One Down Town Jeddah will be an important property for the group. Also, we are actively negotiating two other separate properties in Jeddah and three more in Dammam, which would materialise in the near future.”
