In his new role at the Sheraton Grand as executive chef, Hugh Styles will lead a  team of over 50 chefs and 25 stewards from more than 20 countries.

The multi-cultural element in his team paired with Style’s passion for innovative world-class gastronomy, is reflected in the impeccable food offering at the hotel.

In his portfolio, Styles is responsible for the entire kitchen operation of Feast restaurant, Link@Sheraton Café, Dawn & Dusk, banqueting as well as in-room dining for the 654 rooms, suites and apartments.

In the near future, the Sheraton Grand will be expanding its offering with additional venues.

Style moved to Dubai six years ago and worked in various five-star hotels along Sheikh Zayed Road. Also, Styles has had the honour of cooking for the American presidents and catered for the G8 summit.

Styles' career spreads across Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore where he indulged his love of street food.
