UAE-based One to One Hotels & Resorts signed a management agreement to operate three hotels in Dammam-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

The new addition will add a total of 165 keys to its existing operations. All the three hotels are classified as boutique offerings.

Rajab Bin Abdullah, owner, Marbia Real Estate commented: “One to One is our partner of choice. We are confident of achieving our goals thanks to the group's proven track record in the industry. We are sure our hotels will serve the hospitality sector well in Dammam – Khobar.”

Philippe Harb, CEO, One to One Hotels said: “We are very excited to have been chosen to manage a portfolio of hotels in the Dammam-Khobar, which is one of the fastest growing tourist attractions in Saudi Arabia. Marbia Real Estate investment is a reputed property developer with a strong asset base in the region.”

At the Hotel Show that concluded late last month, Harb had expressed strong faith in the boutique hotel sector and had revealed that the group would make strong inroads in the category across the region.

Of the three properties, One to One Grand Marbia is located on King Saud Street and has 65 rooms. The second property is branded One to One Marbia Al Khobar with 50 rooms located by the King Saad Street. And, the One to One Marbia Al Dammam also packs in 50 rooms, which is located by the Omar Bin Al-Khattab Street.
