Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, have hired Ina Boneva as the director of human resources for both properties.
Boneva will oversee functions of the company’s dedication in cultivating dynamic and exceptional workforce and talents to provide quality hospitality service, and building winning culture through strategic leadership and direction.
Boneva packs in more than five years of hospitality experience, handling key roles in human resources in five-star hotels across Abu Dhabi that include Radisson Blu and the Hilton.
She holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction in business administration in hotel management with entrepreneurship from Bluche Switzerland, and certifications in other hospitality verticals from France and Hong Kong.
Her appointment is believed to solidify talent programmes and define the strategies that will help drive Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island to new levels of excellence.
