The Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa serviced residences is set to open at the end of November 2015.
The property, which is located in Abu Dhabi, comprises 210 luxurious apartments, which will open in phases.
“Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa is located near Khalifa Park and is equipped with recreational facilities, a variety of restaurants and cafes with open terraces, entertainment facilities, along with a supermarket; offering guests looking for long-term stay, staycations and holidays,” said the group’s chief executive officer, Nehme Imad Darwiche.
He added, “The serviced residential area is similar to the boulevards in Europe where the similar concept is well-known and high successful, Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa aims to recreate that ambience in an enclosed premise.”
