A new five star Rotana property has open in Doha, the new City Centre Rotana.
Located in the Qatari city’s West Bay district and connected to the City Center Doha mall, the new hotel has been developed by Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC). Rotana have said the property is currently in soft launch phase.
The 52 storey building contains 287 rooms and suites, plus an additional 94 serviced apartments.
Facilities at City Centre Rotana include conference and seminar rooms, such as the grand ballroom, meeting rooms and a business centre.
There is also the Bodylines Leisure and Fitness Club with massage rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool.
Commenting on the launch, Rotana president and CEO Omer Kaddouri said “Opening our third hotel in Qatar, following the five star Oryx Rotana and Sedra Residences by Rotana, is a major milestone for us. With the opening of City Centre Rotana, Rotana’s inventory in Doha has increased to more than one 1000 rooms.”
In Q2 of 2016, Kaddouri has revealed, Rotana will also open the 229 room Centro Capital Doha. It will be Rotana’s first property under the Centro brand in Qatar.
