Bab al Yam reopens at Burj al Arab Bab al Yam reopens at Burj al Arab

Bab al Yam restaurant at the Burj al Arab has recently reopened.

The all-day dining venue has had an upgrade to its interior and exterior design.

A brick oven in the open kitchen is the new focal point of the indoor dining area. A terrace and shisha lounge are also new additions to the venue.

The restaurant’s menu has been created by the Burj Al Arab’s executive chef Maxime Luvara and Bab al Yam chef de cuisine Mohit Bhragava.

The menu features Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, with signature dishes such as buttered tiger prawns with pickled lemon, Taggiasca olives and samphire, and Datterino tomato bruschetta with marinated anchovies.
