Three-Michelin awarded chef Pierre Gagnaire’s F&B outlets in Dubai have recently welcomed three new members of staff.
Flagship venue Reflets par Pierre Gagnaire has introduced a new restaurant manager, Kevin Prouve. Kevin has been working at Reflets in Dubai since August 2015, and was previously the assistant manager for Pierre Gagnaire’s restaurant in Paris.
Choix Patisserie and Restaurant has welcomed new sous-chef, Sebastien Patte. Patte previously worked as sous chef at Le Voilier restaurant in Cannes, France. He joined the Choix team in November 2015.
Jean Francois Le Luherne is the new pastry chef for both outlets, Reflets and Choix Patisserie. Le Luherne has worked previously under Pierre Gagnaire, and joined the Dubai team in September 2015.
