Neorcha and Xn protel Systems have entered a partnership that will see Neorcha’s range of mobile guest applications marketed by Xn protel Systems in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

Neorcha’s myHotel App enables hotels to maximise their guests’ experience by providing access to a range of services including pre-arrival arrangements, concierge services, destination information and express checkout. myCheck-in is an app that provides a fast and efficient mobile hotel check-in solution.

Neorcha managing director Roger El Khoury said that hoteliers use the mobile platform to manage their customers’ mobile experience across the entire IT landscape.

“Neorcha’s products enjoy unified integration with existing hotel CRM, PMS, CRS, POS systems,” he explained.

“Our mobile platform is deployed quickly and easily so that all hotels, big and small, can benefit from improved guest services, higher guest satisfaction and improved guest loyalty.”

Currently, Neorcha provides mobile guest applications for Rotana Hotels and Millennium Hotels in the Middle East.

Neorcha’s products will form a core part of the set provided by Xn protel Systems’ new Mobile & Analytics division, headed up by group product director Emmanuel Clavé. Prior to joining Xn protel Systems Emmanuel led a project at Rocco Forte Hotels to introduce a mobile Guest App using the Neorcha myHotel platform.

The app allows guests to make room, restaurant and spa bookings, as well as ordering room service. As part of the project, the myHotel app has been directly integrated with protel PMS, Xn POS and Reservation Assistant systems – allowing guests to make their bookings or room service orders live on the respective systems.
