Raza Abbas has joined Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa as its new director of business development.
Abbas brings with him almost 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Pakistan and United Arab Emirates.
A UK national, Abbas studied Hospitality Management at the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
Prior to his appointment, he held the role of cluster associate director of sales at Hilton Hotels & Resorts Dubai.
Throughout his career, he has held different positions such as senior sales manager, sales & marketing manager, assistant front office manager and restaurant manager.
