Citymax hotel Al Barsha celebrated the success of its chefs at Gulfood 2016.
Several chefs from the Dubai property picked up awards at the Emirates Culinary Guild Salon Culinaire competition, which took place at Gulfood 2016.
Sandeep Pundir was awarded the silver medal in the chicken practical cookery category. Faizal Aminat and Rabin K Sivaram were both awarded bronze medals in the fish and seafood practical category.
Prakash Yeshudasan and Dinesh Prasad were awarded with a merit certificate in the beef and chicken practical category.

The Emirates Salon Culinaire is a series of practical and display-based culinary competitions that took place over the four-day event that’s held at DWTC.
The competition acts as a showcase for the UAE hospitality and food industry, while providing chefs an opportunity to test themselves and to demonstrate their artistic acumen and practical dexterity.
