The Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in Kuwait has been awarded its HACCP certification.

The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certificate acknowledges that a property is compliant with international industry standards for food safety, quality and nutrition.

The certification assesses all aspects of food preparation, from delivery to the restaurant or hotel kitchen, through to serving ther food to guests.

Commenting on the recent certification, Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa executive chef (also the programme leader for the HACCP certification) Christopher Curtis said: “I wish to congratulate the team for their efforts in undertaking this important project.

“We are proud of our colleagues at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in achieving this hard-earned certification and for making HACCP a central part of our food production.”
