Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Residence Duqm attended a training session on HACCP.

Staff from the F&B departments received certificates upon completing the course that helps understand the application of scientific principles to food processing and production.

The hotel regularly conducts such training programmes and lays emphasis on food safety management across all its departments.

Meanwhile, the hotel housekeeping employees underwent a Diversey training that focused on handling specialised products.

Staff were informed about the various principles of cleaning to address health and safety concerns, better understanding and dilution control and incorporate green cleaning products and procedures.

“Training, learning and development is an important aspect of a responsible business commitment towards employees and guests for Park Inn hotels in Oman. We develop our own employees’ skills to provide better quality of service to our clientele,” said Rabih Zein, cluster general manager for Park Inn Muscat & Park Inn Duqm.
