Towers Rotana has welcomed, Daniela Crovetto as the new director of food and beverage.
Crovetto joins the team with more than 15 years of experience. Her new position entails overseeing daily operations at the hotel’s range of dining outlets, including the fusion fine dining restaurant Teatro, Long’s Bar, the all-day dining restaurant - Flavours on Two, and the lobby bistro - Wraps Café.
She will also be driving talent acquisition and training efforts, overseeing supplier relations, and supervising a team of more than 100 members.
Born and raised in Argentina, Crovetto is a passionate hotelier who moved to Switzerland to pursue her studies in hotel management in Luzern.
Crovetto, said: “I am very thankful for the opportunity to grow within the company, and equally excited to be a part of Towers Rotana and privileged to lead the successful food and beverage outlets’’.
Prior to joining Towers Rotana, Crovetto was the assistant director of food and beverage at Al Ghurair Rayhaan & Arjaan by Rotana.
She has also worked in the hospitality industry in Switzerland, Germany, New York and the UAE with groups such as Jumeirah and Millennium and Corpthorne.
