The regional online travel market is forecast to almost double in value within the next two years, rising from US $18 billion to $35 billion by 2018, representing a need for efficient and automated travel agency processes according to Amadeus Gulf.

Amadeus Gulf is to launch a suite of robotics and touchless solutions to address the needs of the growing Middle East travel market, according to a company statement.

Amadeus Gulf managing director Graham Nichols said: “The touchless suite can automate many manual checks, tasks and processes within an agency, helping deliver seamless, super-fast and accurate levels of service.”
