O'Leary's O'Leary's

Time Hotels Management is launching its second family-focused, non-alcoholic, Boston-themed O’Leary’s sports-bar franchise in Dubai, following its debut in Fujairah in January.

The 596m2 Dubai O’Learys will open on June 1 – ahead of the UEFA Euro 2016 football tournament – on Sheikh Zayed Road opposite Noor Bank metro station.

It will have a capacity of 250 across six different seating areas, including a restaurant, terrace, shisha lounge and memorabilia-lined bar.

“The Middle East is a prime target market for O’Leary's, with its proven concept and multi-segment consumer appeal,” said Mohammad Awadalla, CEO of the UAE-headquartered Time Hotels Management. “Following the success of our first outlet at Fujairah Mall, we are now excited to bring the concept to Dubai. We are confident that diners and sports fans will appreciate the unique concept and lively family atmosphere. We see further opportunities to place the O’Leary's brand in key high-traffic, high-value locations across the UAE in the future.”

O’Leary’s menu will include burgers, buffalo wings, cheesy quesadillas, ribs, nachos and desserts and a range of non-alcoholic mocktails and soft beverages.

A total of 24 large-screen television screens will show top sporting action, and a games arcade will feature pinball, Pac-Man, Transformers and gaming hoops, as well as table football and air hockey.

There are 120 O’Leary's outlets in 10 countries across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, with a combined global revenue of US$186m (in 2014). Time operates the 275m2, 163-cover O’Leary's at Fujairah Mall. There is also an O’Leary's outlet in Abu Dhabi International Airport.
