Hotelier Middle East has published its first annual Hospitality Procurement Report, available to download now.
The Hospitality Procurement Report 2016 features crucial analysis of and insights into how hotels in the Middle East currently operate their procurement systems, areas for growth in the region, as well as potential areas for significant improvement.
The report covers detailed analysis of information supplied by over 50 hotel procurement managers and directors in the Middle East, including professionals working at hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Among these respondents, over 40 are procurement professionals at manager, director or head of department level, with some holding global procurement director titles. Over 30 of the respondents work for international hotel chains.
Between them, these respondents represent the procurement responsibilities of over 360 hotels, equivalent to approximately 72,000 rooms across the Middle East.
