Al Manshar Rotana has appointed Dan Dominic as its new learning and development manager.
An Indian national, Dominic has a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from the Merit Swiss Asian School of India.
Dominic started his hospitality career in 2011 as a guest service agent at ITC Grand Chola Hotel in India.
In 2012, he moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, working for Al Murooj Rotana for almost two years before he transferred to Rose Rayhaan by Rotana.

In 2014, he started the TAROT (The Accelerated Refinement Of Talent) programme with Rose Rayhaan by Rotana for learning and development and successfully finished it after 18 months.
Dominic will be responsible for managing the hotel’s training; he will introduce and steer training courses as well as facilitate training workshops based on operational requirements.
His role will include responsibilities such as: analysing colleague development needs in the hotel, delivering a selection of professional quality training, development programmes and evaluating the effectiveness of training delivery by supervisors.
