Tawar Mall in Qatar will feature a 122 room boutique hotel, alongside 312 shops and restaurants.

The four-storey, 91,000m2 retail and leisure complex, being built on 301,000mof land at the junction of Al Markhiya Street and Arab League Street in Al Duhail, Doha, is slated to open before the end of 2016.

It will feature a luxury food court, a “panoramic restaurant” and fine-dining options.

Details of the hotel and restaurant operators will be revealed in due course, but confirmed F&B brands include Max Burger and Buono Chocolates.

“Tawar Mall will broaden the retail landscape of Doha, bringing new concepts to the region, while supporting the local traditions at the same time,” said mall GM Pedro Ribeiro.

"The mall brings a new philosophy to the market and goes far beyond the shopping experience. It will feature 59 new concepts and some flagship stores that will be seen for the first time in a mall in Qatar.”
